I know it is a slow process, and the weight I gained did not go on overnight, so I cannot expect it to come off overnight, can I?
It took me YEARS to get this fat! I worked hard on it, selecting only the best cheese and wine, but not the best chocolate all the time, I must admit.
This week I ate a bit of flour, and I lost 1.3 kilos, or 2.86 lbs.
Still not bad, truly. Normal, even. Right?
